This is a STEM project aimed at finding solutions to water, air, and soil pollution. Students will understand the importance of striving for a livable, clean environment, minimizing air and water pollution, and the importance of recycling. Solutions will also be proposed through STEM activities.

STEM for a Cleaner World”: Creating a Collaborative Comic for a Cleaner Future
As part of the European eTwinning project “STEM For a Cleaner World”, our students participated in a creative and interdisciplinary activity that combined environmental education, literacy, art, collaboration, and the use of Artificial Intelligence.
Through the collaboration of students of different ages, an original digital comic was created. The younger students were responsible for the illustrations, expressing their ideas for a cleaner world with authenticity, imagination, and creativity. The older students contributed to writing the dialogues and developing the storyline, enhancing their language expression, cooperation, and narrative thinking skills.
The educational use of the Artificial Intelligence application Gemini Flash by the older students added particular pedagogical value to the project. They used digital tools to improve the aesthetic and engaging character of the comic. The use of AI tools in education, when applied with pedagogical criteria and a creative purpose, can enhance student engagement, foster digital literacy skills, and encourage creative problem-solving. At the same time, it promotes 21st-century skills such as creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
The creation of the comic became an authentic learning experience based on inquiry-based and collaborative learning.
Through the combination of images, storytelling, and technology, students explored important environmental issues in a meaningful way and developed ecological awareness, while also experiencing the joy of collective creation.
